Form based digital services are developed and launched sequential in Tiers

• Tier 0 launched and live since February 2026
• Tier 1 in March - May 2026
• Tier 2 from May 2026 an onwards. Our intention is to develop Tier 2 and forward via our rapid deployment of form (Scaling delivery of digital forms )
